I develop and facilitate health and wellness workshops, and seminars to help individuals and organizations acquire a toolbox of skills and knowledge to aid with burnout, work-life balance, productivity, focus, and creativity.

Private Wellness Sessions

I customize a movement and meditation session based on your specific needs. The session may be offered virtually or in person, in a group setting, or private one-on-one. Customized sessions may include a combination of mind-body exercises, mobility and strength training, breathing exercises, and mindfulness meditation or Biblical meditation with supportive props.
